Claremont House

Located on the north bank of the Swan River, overlooking Freshwater Bay Mulberry Homes was commissioned to design and build an extension on the existing house. On such a steep landscape the extension incorporates a new open kitchen and living area and a third-storey bedroom that retains the connection between the house and the beautiful bay view.
